Rapid Access to the Tests you Require
A CT scan is a painless scan that produces images of the inside of the body. It is much more detailed than an x-ray and can assist Doctors in examining organs, bones, blood vessels and detecting tumours. The scan may be recommended following a consultation with one of our friendly GPs. Following the scan, you will have a follow up appointment to discuss your results.
There are a number of different scans available, some more accurate than others at detecting certain diseases or conditions. Please be advised that our GPs will advise you the most relevant scan for your presenting complaint.
